Function of Muller Convex Pulley Bearing
It is a precision bearing component for Muller label looms (MBJ series), working in conjunction with the convex pulley:
Low-friction Transmission: Reduces friction between the pulley and the shaft, enabling smooth rotation of the pulley with the rapier tape, preventing jamming and vibration.
Stable Guidance: Cooperates with the convex pulley to support the rapier tape, maintaining concentricity during operation, preventing swing and deviation, and ensuring stable weft insertion.
Wear Resistance: Made of high-strength bearing steel, it withstands continuous loads from high-speed reciprocating motion, extending the overall service life of the pulley assembly.
