Product Description
The rapier/gripper head on Muller MBJ3 label loom is responsible for the entire weft insertion process:
Weft pick-up: It securely grabs the weft yarn from the feeder before entering the warp shed.
Weft transfer: At the center of the loom, the bring rapier hands the weft over to the catch rapier.
Weft delivery: The catch rapier carries the yarn across the shed and releases it, completing the weft insertion cycle for weaving narrow fabrics/labels.
