Our service

1. About delivery
After the order is paid, we will help you arrange the delivery as soon as possible. Before delivery, we will conduct strict inspection on all goods and deliver goods only if there are no quality problems.

2. On transport
Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive about 3-5 days after express delivery, and about 5-7 days in remote areas. Please contact the customer service for urgent mail.

3. About color difference
Due to shooting, display, light and other reasons, it is normal for product pictures to have slight color difference in different displays. The actual color shall be subject to the actual object received.

4. About receipt
When receiving the goods, please check the goods first, and sign the bill after the package appearance and products are in good condition. If there are damaged or less goods, please do not sign for the goods first, and contact our customer service first.

Q1. How to get a sample?
If sample less than 5kgs, usually is free, but express charge will be buyer's own. For more than 5kgs sample, it needs to pay sample cost.

Q2. About MOQ
If dyed yarn, MOQ is about 200kgs, other yarn at least 300-500kgs.
If we have stock items, small orders can be accepted.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
T/T or L/C.If by T/T, 30% as deposit, and 70%balance against B/L copy.

Q4. About Packing
For package, it usually comes by neutral packing. If customer has his own special requirement, it can be customized.
